Facility Rentals
The LCS gym and auditorium may be rented for private events. Please see the rental details and form below. For rental inquiries, contact the LCS Office at 330-852-4322 or office@legacychristian.school
GYM and KITCHEN – Limited availability during school year
Includes use of cafeteria, restrooms, tables and chairs. Does not include main lobby area.
- $50/hour ($100 base rate for 1st hour) Non-commercial recreational or non-recreational use. Full-day rate: $500
- $100/hour – Commercial use of any kind
SOFTBALL DIAMOND
Does not include access to the building.
- $100/day
- Contact the office for tournament availability and rates
AUDITORIUM – Limited availability during school year
Includes use of lobby and restrooms
- $300/day – Non-commercial use
- $500/day – Commercial use of any kind
- $250 for audio/visual technician. Includes use of microphones, sound, video projection
WEDDINGS – 2 Days
- $850/day – Gym & Kitchen (includes use of table and chairs)
- $50 – Gym Sound System
- $900 – Auditorium (Includes sound tech for ceremony and reception)
- Total: $1800
MAIN LOBBY (Not available as standalone)
- $100 with rental of gym
CLASSROOMS/MEETING ROOMS/Music Room
Includes 2 tables, 20 chairs, screen w/ HDMI connectivity
- $25/day with rental of auditorium or gym
- $25/hour if standalone
AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES – LCS Patrons Only
Includes use of gym, cafeteria, and kitchen for birthday parties, etc.

- 3-5 PM only. Parent(s) must be premises at all times.
- Full-price rentals will take precedence. please contact the LCS office at least one week in advance to check availability. All areas must be cleaned and ready for the next day.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- $75 Trash pick-up service (when dumpster is used for waste disposal)
- $75 Portable sound system (Gym)
